Vacuum valves

A vacuum valve is used to isolate a chamber, provide relief, control and regulate conductance or gas flow or vent the chamber.

The vacuum valve can be of type, angle, gate, check, ball, shut off, needle, diaphragm, butterfly, in-line or straight through and with manual, solenoid, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic actuation. Different valves are normally used in rough or low vacuum, high vacuum HV and ultra high vacuum UHV.
